Lynn Canyon

Before I "forget" to update again, here are some photos of my hike to Lynn Canyon with a couple of friends. I was in a stalker-y mood haha :p

All photos taken from the Nikon D5000 with the 18-55mm lens.

I don't know this couple but I thought they look nice together :)

A random log on the path
I am not much of an athletic person so these stairs were hard on my thighs. It was good exercise tho.
I know this type of photos have been overdone but I have a soft spot for it. Something about it just makes me feel very peaceful and relaxed :)

Although this may be under exposed in majority of the frame (because I pointed directly at the sun), I love it. It's dark, it's bright, it's mysterious yet beautiful.
This isn't some stranger this time haha! I just really like this for some reason :)

Slacker

I have been too lazy to upload partly because it involves me removing my memory card, put it in a card reader, open up programs, resize, upload, and post.

Ok it's not that hard but it seemed easier when I first started! Anyways...here are a few more images for your viewing pleasure (all taken with the Sony CyberShot DSC-T70).

BTW, sorry for the poor photo composition/subject/etc...I am running out of ideas on what to take photos of :(

Yay CS5 for my MacBook!

Lots of soda for you this time Kit! I'm gonna try to bring it all along with food for Mike XD
Delicious mango :D

Fooding Night

Lots more food pictures coming up below. You are warned :)

Yesterday a couple of friends and I decided to have a cooking day. Every dish (except for one) had this one ingredient in there...BACON :D

We had a nice spinach salad with sauteed onions, crispy bacon bits, mandarin oranges, and a poppy seed vinaigrette.

To accompany our main dish, we had baked scallop potatoes with a creamy sauce and sprinkled with bacon bits on top.

Our main dish was a delicious baked salmon seasoned with dill, lemon, and ground black pepper then topped off with a tangy hollandaise sauce.

For our dessert, we had brownies with bacon bits inside! Despite the "odd" sounding combination, they blend together so tastefully. Especially when it is matched up with a light green tea vanilla ice cream.

Our meal was accompanied by a nice red wine. I'm not a fan of wines but this one I could take (though being the light drinker I am, I had to lie down on a couch for a little bit after I was done with my glass).
